With a background in corporate finance and risk management across multinational companies, I bring an analytical, numbers-first approach to real estate. Over 3+ years in Kuala Lumpur's property market, I've focused on the very top end — U-Thant, KLCC, Bukit Bintang, TRX, and Damansara Heights — working with both local buyers and overseas clients, including those exploring the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme. I'm fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin, and Cantonese, which helps me work closely with both local and international clients.
